After your pick-up directly from or close to your hotel, our morning consists of our guided tours of Stonehenge, the most famous prehistoric monument in the world, and Salisbury Cathedral boasting the highest spire in Britain. Our lunch stop takes us to The George Coaching Inn (food/ drinks not included) built in the late 14th century, before we journey to Bath leaving us all afternoon to explore this elegant town including the magnificent Roman Baths.

Stonehenge
The most famous prehistoric monument on Earth, and now a world heritage site, Stonehenge remains one of the Worlds great unsolved mysteries. What was this vast collection of stones intended for? Was it an observatory of the moon, a temple to the sun, or an elaborate cemetery? Who were the people who carried and carved these 40 ton rocks? Come and unlock the secrets for yourself and marvel at this remarkable and mysterious feat of ancient engineering and design.

Salisbury Cathedral
Salisbury is justly famous for its magnificent 13th century Cathedral, which boasts the highest spire in Britain at 404 feet tall. Entrance to the Cathedral and a guided tour is included in your ticket. We will also take you to the beautiful gothic Chapter House, home to one of the last remaining copies of the Magna Carta, signed by King John in 1215.

The George Inn, Norton St Philip
Our lunch stop* takes us to the second oldest coaching inn in Britain, set in a quintessential English village, in Norton St. Philip. The Inn has provided warmth and hospitality to travellers and traders since the 14th century including many famous people and now serves some fabulous traditional home cooking and real ales including Roast beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Apple and blueberry crumble.

Bath
A world heritage town, Bath is home to the only active hot spring in Britain. Since the Stone Age people have enjoyed the warmth and healing properties of the boiling mineral water that still bursts free in abundance. We will visit the magnificent Roman Baths built nearly 2,000 years that took advantage of the spring and the delightful pump rooms situated directly above where you can still drink the mineral water. We will also have free time to shop and explore this elegant town before heading back to London.
