Highlights:

visiting the world renowned Blarney Stone and the Queenstown

Check in Dublin Heuston station (Customer Service Desk)
07:00 for InterCity service to Cork (full breakfast service
available). On arrival in Cork we transfer by road to
Blarney Castle where we kiss the famous stone and thus
acquire the gift of eternal eloquence. Time for shopping and
lunch at Blarney Village before returning to Cork. Following
a short city tour we depart Cork station by rail for the
scenic run alongside Cork Harbour to Cobh where the
"Queenstown Story" Heritage Centre is located in the
beautifully restored Victorian railway station and
transatlantic terminal. Embarkation point for generations of
Irish emigrants to the new worlds from famine times to
recent years.

Depart Cobh for Cork with time allowed for drink or a
snack in the celebrated Cork Station Buffet with its fine
world-wide collection of railway company crests (many from
the U.S.A.).
Depart Cork on Inter City service to Dublin (Dinner
service available). Arrival at Heuston station is at 22:20
hrs.
