Is it possible to hire multiple vehicles?
No problem at all. We have access to a large number of vehicle and can accommodate any group size - no matter how large.
Can I hire a coach just for a one way journey?
Yes - we can fulfill all transports requests and there is no minimum distance requirements.
Can I hire a coach for a touring holiday?
All of our vehicles can be hired for extended periods of time for coaching holidays or business requirements.
How do I book a coach?
Once you have received a quote and have decided to book with us full details of the hire will be required as followed:
Group leader name and contact number
Pick up address and time
Destination
Details of return journey (if required)
Payment will be required in advance to confirm the booking and full written confirmation will be sent to you by the most convenient method for you - email, fax, or post.
Is it possible to pay a deposit?
A 25% deposit is required to hold the vehicle and full payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your date of hire. You will not receive full confirmation until the final payment has been received.
How can I make payment?
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque (in some circumstances a bank transfer can be arranged). Please note that the availability of the vehicle is not confirmed until the payment has been receieved.
Is it possible to pay the driver in cash on the day of the hire?
No - due to insurance and safety reasons the drivers are not able to handle payment on the road. Please also remeber that payment in advance is required to guarantee the availability of your vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following is our standard cancellation policy and charges:
28 days of more – 25 per cent of private hire price
8 - 27 days - 50 per cent of private hire price
7- 2 days - 75 per cent of private hire price
Less than 48 hours - 100 per cent of private hire price.
Please note that limousine coaches, helicopters, jets and private boats are subject to a different cancellation policy - please enquire if you require details of this policy
Who do I contact in case of emergency during my hire?
Your booking confirmation will contain the 24 hour contact number for the appropriate operations office. The drivers name, contact mobile number and registration of the vehicle will be available for you 24 hours before your date of hire.
Are there any additional costs that I should be aware of?
Tolls, parking fees and entrance fees are not included in the price of your hire (unless arranged in advance). Any damage to the vehicle will be subject to a valet charge.
Is the driver's overnight accommodation included on extended hires?
Driver's accommodation is not included in the price of an extended hire. This can either be arranged by you or by us. If you wish for us to book the driver's accommodation a nightly charge will be added to your final total payment (please discuss this at time of booking)
What happens if we require the coach for longer than originally expected?
If your hire exceeds the times set out in your booking confirmation then you will be subject to a surcharge for each hour or part thereof.
Can we smoke on the coach?
No - this is strictly forbidden on all vehicles.
Can we eat and drink on the coach?
Please discuss this at the time of booking as the policy differs from vehicle to vehicle.
Can we drink alcohol on the coach?
The consumption of alcohol os not permitted in any of our vehicles other than the limousine coaches.

Coaches and Mini coaches are one of the safest form of road passenger transport. They are built to meet stringent UK and EU safety standards and are subject to tough annual inspections by the Department of Transport. They are also subject to regular safety inspections and spot checks either at our Operator's premises or on the road. Drivers must hold a professional licence gained after thorough training and testing. All of these measures are designed to give you a pleasant journey or holiday and to get you to your destination in comfort and in safety. Essential Information
When making a booking (with any Coach Company ) remember these points.
* Give the date(s) of travel and destination(s).
* How many people will be travelling?
* How old are the vehicles - we use only new/ recent models !
* Are the Coaches correctly insured and conform to Department of Transport strict standards ? Some unscrupulous companies or overseas tour agents who are not familiar with English Law simply hire vehicles (especially mini coaches and smaller vehicles) which are not correctly licensed or insured. For vehicles with more then 8 passenger seats, the driver should have a special driving license - a P.S.V license.
* Will there be any small children, elderly or disabled people travelling who have special needs?
* Would you like the coach to have seat belts?
* For long journeys reclining seats, a video, toilet and on-board refreshments may be useful.
* Is a microphone and P.A. system required?
* Do you require mobile phones?
* Do you prefer the fast or the scenic route?
* Think about the number of picking up and setting down points you require. Unscheduled detours may be charged as extra.
* Remember to allow for meal breaks and entrance fees. The coach company may have details about group discounts.
* Ask about payment detail, such as the size of the deposit and when the balance is due.
* What happens if you have to cancel, change the date or the number of people travelling.
